What is a Prom Ambassador?
Do you love fashion? 
Do you love taking selfies and being on social media? Then we want YOU on our Prom Ambassador team! And in return…. you can earn your prom dress for FREE!  Prom ambassadors are stylish, outgoing, friendly representatives for Kimberly's Prom during the 2023 Prom Season.  Ambassadors share formal trends, fashion advice and store info to friends via social media and face to face interaction.

How are Prom Ambassadors Chosen?
This is not a beauty contest!
We are looking for fun loving, social, outgoing girls that shine in their community.  We will be choosing 1-2 girls from each high school to represent Kimberly's Prom as a Prom Ambassador.
Having a strong social media presence is a huge plus!
 
What are Prom Ambassadors Perks?
Earn a FREE Prom dress!  (Up to a $500 value!)
Be the first to shop the new 2023 Prom dresses and choice of dress.  Prom Ambassadors can take advantage of extended layaway until April, 1st 2023.  Earn points by making social media posts, sharing digital coupons and getting references! 

Official Rules:
Apply by November 20, 2022.  Prom Ambassadors will be chosen and notified by December 1, 2022 via email or instagram or FaceBook.  The selected Ambassadors will be contacted and provided with a detailed program summary/contract. They will have 48 hours to accept the position. If for some reason they choose to decline, a new Ambassador will be chosen. The selected Ambassadors must come to the store (Date TBD--probably during Christmas break) with their signed program contract  for an Ambassador meeting. Must be a Junior or Senior in a local high school.  Prom Ambassadors must have an active PUBLIC Instagram account.  Ambassadors will be offered an extended layaway with their deposit.  Deposit is nonrefundable and/or transferable, but will be refunded if program credit criteria is met.  Credits will be posted to ambassadors accounts every Monday. 

How to Earn Points:

• 500 Points Possible - Maximum 100 Points per Month (Each point is worth 1 virtual dollar) 
• 5 pts = for social media post containing all three tags- #kimberlysprom #kimberlysVIP #kimberlysVIPgirl
• 10 pts = for every time you come into store, model dresses and post pictures with all 3 tags
• 20 pts = when a customer uses your digital code at time of purchase. No points earned if not presented at time of purchase.

Prom season starts in December and consists of January, February, March and April.  Ambassadors will be required to post a minimum of 5 social media posts per month; failure to do so will result in dismissal from Prom Ambassador Team and any future credits will be forfeited.  Maximum 500 points towards prom dress and accessories, Points have NO 'cash value'. Should you earn more points than the value of your dress, you can apply the remaining points to your dates tuxedo rental.   If dress value exceeds $500, ambassador is responsible for the balance.  Dress must be paid in full before leaving the store.  Points expire April 30, 2023
