Kimberly's is a Full Service Specialty Store retailer with a brick & mortar physical location where customers shop daily.
When you place an order on our website we will treat you with the same care and respect that we extend to our in-store customers. Unfortunately, since we will not have the opportunity to meet you in person, you will not be able to receive the full extent of our passion for customer service. However, as an online customer please be assured that:
- We will do everything possible to make sure that your order is filled in a timely basis and that your shipment will arrive exactly when and how you expected.
- We will communicate with you via email or phone after receiving your order to inform you of shipping status.
- We will address all important contingencies, including confirming that your item will be received in time for your wear date.
- If you are concerned that you have ordered the correct size based on the designer’s measurements PLEASE INCLUDE IT IN THE NOTES SECTION TO CONTACT YOU BEFORE SHIPPING.
- We will issue a full credit if, due to unforeseen circumstances, your item cannot be shipped in time for your wear date and that we will inform you of this extremely rare occurrence in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products being sold, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges or credits. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK THE SIZE CHART FOR EACH DESIGNERS DRESS LINE, EACH DESIGNER'S SIZE CHART MAY USE DIFFERENT MEASUREMENTS FOR THEIR SIZES. If you find fault in the workmanship of the gown, it is required that you contact us within 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF delivery to your address. But have no fear; our passion is for customer service. We assure you that your experience ordering from us online can only be surpassed if you come to our store to experience our outstanding customer service in person.
Please note that the prices that you see on our website reflect the Designer’s Suggested Retail Price [MSRP]. The designers that we represent do not allow their collections to be displayed on a website for a lower price than the MSRP price that you see on our website. If you see a lower price on any other website for the exact style from the same designer then you can KNOW FOR CERTAIN that website is producing and selling counterfeit dresses or gowns of inferior quality and shipping them as originals.
Availability can change daily as PROM and PAGEANT season hits its peak. Make your selection early if possible. We have a large inventory of prom dresses that changes daily. If we have temporarily sold out of your dress choice in the size or color ordered, we will notify you immediately.
Orders can be charged to your Visa, Master Card, and Discover. or you may call the store and place your order over the phone 918-456-7766 Your card will be charged in US Dollars. If you shop at our store location, we do have layaway.
Size Your Gown
Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing your correct size. Be sure to measure carefully. Size charts are helpful but vary between dress manufacturers. Remember that you can always take up a gown that is too large, but you can not let it out if you order to small. If your measurements are on the border, it is wise to take the larger size and plan alterations. Most dresses require alterations to get a perfect fit. Your online credit card information is secured with efashioncentral security system when you transmit your order. We use Secure Technology to ensure safe transmissions.
Oklahoma shipping orders will be charged 9% sales tax. Other States Sales Tax vary but will apply.
